The multiple award-winning legend of Finnish rock is entering a new era. After leading the band Popeda, which he founded in 1977, to a spectacular finish with a sold-out show at Tampere's Ratina Stadium in September 2023, Pate Mustajärvi is now fully focusing on his solo career.

Recording for Universal Music, Mustajärvi is known as a charismatic figure who has always kept up with the times. This is evident in his lyrics, which reflect current phenomena, as well as his strong statements.

He promises concert audiences a comprehensive cross-section of his entire solo repertoire with fresh arrangements.

"Putting together setlists with the new team is a lot of fun. We’re bringing out completely new aspects of the songs. I’m really excited about all of this for the first time in a long while," enthuses Mustajärvi.
The tour lineup combines solid experience and young talent, with Mikko Kangasjärvi (piano), Santeri Kotamäki (guitar), Milla Heinonen (bass), Aleksi Ylimäki (drums), Jari Latomaa (background vocals and acoustic guitar), and Päivi “Capri” Selo (background vocals) joining Pate on stage.
