EIVØR TO TAMPERE IN OCTOBER

Faroese singer and songwriter Eivør Pálsdóttir will be performing in Helsinki and Tampere in October on a European tour based around her latest album “Enn”. Eivør recently charmed Helsinki as the opening act for Heilung’s tour.

Eivør’s extensive career dates back to the 90s, and her difficult-to-classify art is rooted in folklore and folk music, but has since taken on nuances from the worlds of electronic and pop music.

Eivør’s music has also been featured in the hugely popular The Last Kingdom series.

The concert will feature Icelandic singer-songwriter Asgeir as a special guest, and the show will be opened by Faroese artist Elinborg, who is currently residing in Copenhagen.
