Live culture is set to make a vibrant return to the iconic red-brick Tullikamari complex, as Tampereen Kulttuurikamari Oy continues its legacy at Pakkahuone and Klubi. Program planning has already begun.
The Tullikamari Cultural Centre will once again offer a rich and diverse cultural calendar for both locals and visitors, while strengthening the city’s position as a hub for live music. Although the core focus remains on culture, the renewed venue will also serve business needs. The extensive renovation project will ensure top-tier facilities for audiences, event organizers, and artists alike.
Tampereen Kulttuurikamari, known for its previous management of Pakkahuone, Klubi, as well as for managing Tavara-asema, will now oversee operations at both venues. This close collaboration between Tullikamari and Tavara-asema enables new kinds of synergies and supports a wide range of events. Together, they form Tampere’s most versatile event complex serving locals, visitors, and businesses alike.
“It is a great honor and joy for us to continue our long-standing work at Tullikamari, a house so dear to us. We are eager to develop Finland’s most diverse, freshly renovated event venue.”

A Home for culture and corporate events
The decision ensures that, after the major renovation, Pakkahuone and Klubi will return to the heart of live music and urban culture guided by a respected, professional, and diverse event organization.
While concerts and live performances will remain central to the venue’s identity, the updated Tullikamari will provide even more opportunities for showcasing live culture in all its forms, as well as hosting high-quality corporate events.
“The spotlight will stay on live music, but the upgraded spaces allow us to explore the full spectrum of live culture and deliver premium event experiences. Tullikamari remains a beloved classic, evolving with the times and welcoming everyone in the city.”

Once complete, the venue will better serve not just audiences, but also artists and organizers. Improvements include a new basement level and significant upgrades in accessibility.
“Tullikamari is a timeless classic! Now it is becoming an even more inclusive, accessible meeting place for everyone in Tampere.”
