VIBE ~ Experience the Flow of Well-Being
On Saturday, January 18, 2025, the first VIBE wellness event will be held at Tavara-asema!
~ VIBE is a holistic well-being event that invites you to unwind and elevate your wellness, offering a diverse range of programs that support both physical and mental health.
✨ At VIBE, you can immerse yourself in engaging workshops, refreshing fitness sessions, or find your zen with yoga. The day will also feature inspiring talks and discussions about well-being, as well as opportunities to connect with a variety of well-being professionals. Savor a delightful wellness-themed brunch from the restaurant PSTA, and cap off the day with an energizing hour-long day disco.
~ The goal is to give participants a chance to pause amidst their daily routines and focus on themselves. VIBE provides an accessible and inspiring environment for people of all ages and backgrounds who are interested in well-being.
PROGRAMS
Studio Vintti Yoga Room
~ Take a moment to breathe, relax, and experience Studio Vintti’s sessions in the atmospheric setting of Tavara-asema. Enjoy a perfect moment where body and mind flow together in harmony.
▪️ All Studio Vintti Yoga Room programs take place in Tavara-asema’s cabinet, located on the balcony level. Please note that the balcony is not wheelchair accessible.
▪️ Each participant will receive a shared gift bag from Studio Vintti, Puhdistamo, Tavara-asema, and VIBE. Yoga mats and necessary equipment are included in the program ticket price.
▪️ Purchase a program ticket when buying your event entry ticket via Tiketti. Program ticket price is 8 € per session. If spots remain, tickets can also be purchased at the event. We recommend buying in advance to secure your place.
10:20–11:00 Gentle Yoga by Studio Vintti – 8 €
This gentle hatha class is perfect for everyone! Move at a slow pace, listening to your body and mind while gently building strength and flexibility. The session concludes with a relaxation phase.
11:20–12:00 Glow Yoga by Studio Vintti – 8 €
Studio Vintti’s face yoga goes beyond basic facial exercises. Glow Yoga is a holistic practice designed to help you truly glow. It focuses on strengthening and relaxing muscles in the face and head, restoring peace and calm to your features.
12:20–13:00 Fysio Flow by Studio Vintti – 8 €
Fysio Flow combines therapeutic exercise with the traditions of flowing yoga. This class emphasizes improving muscle strength, flexibility, and endurance, while also promoting mental wellness. A resistance band is used for added challenge and support.
13:20–14:00 Singing Bowls Relaxation by Studio Vintti – 8 €
Imagine simply resting and receiving, dropping into a space where nothing is expected of you. In this relaxation session, you don’t even need to try to relax; just open up to the moment. Receive the soothing vibrations that our beautiful Tibetan singing bowls have to offer.
14:20–15:00 Deep Breath Yin by Studio Vintti – 8 €
Yin yoga is a slow, deep, and relaxing practice that opens up the fascia, muscles, and connective tissue of the entire body. Often called “acupuncture without needles,” yin yoga, combined with deep breathing, massages the body from the inside, relieving tension and discomfort. The blend of yin yoga and deep breathing helps lighten the burdens of both body and mind.
COLLABORATIONS AND PARTNERSHIPS
✨ Partners of the event include wellbeing experts from Pirkanmaa. Studio Vintti, known for its creativity, will organize a relaxed and fun yoga session with sparkling wine. Anu Niemi and Sanni Haadenmaa-Vaine, founders of the Tampere-based business, will host the event. Participating in VIBE will also be, for example, Puhdistamo, a company from Lempäälä that produces drinks and wellness products, as well as Varala, known as a pioneer in sports education, and GoGo, which offers a wide range of fitness experiences.
