[KVÄÄR] and CLUB CXNTY are collaborating and bringing 2nd CXNTY ball to you on September 20th in Tavara-asema, Tampere 👽✨The theme of the night will be everything retro-futuristic, alien, space age cxnt.  Bring us future visions of queerness & liberation, weird, fantastic & sensual.

The ball will be followed by DJ sets until late night, so prepare your booties for an unforgettable, queer, weird & glamorous evening.

Tonight is all about aliens, aliens, aliens! Choose one of the 3 following themes for your look, themes apply to all categories unless specified otherwise.
Alien Diva – You’re otherworldly, mysterious, glowy and glittery. Shiny and purple-pink.
Alien Invasion – You’re the future from across the stars, as seen on the big screen. Silver, chrome, holographic.
Alien Abduction – Sexy first contact, sensual and sticky-licky-sweet. Bring it in alien green.

✨Ballroom is an underground subculture by and for the BIPOC LGBTQ+ community, which was created in New York at the late 1960s, centred particularly on the expression, style, and experience of black and latin trans women. Club Cxnty is open to all, but keep the history in mind, respect the space and those who participate, and always follow safe space guidelines!

CLUB CXNTY hosts events to bring ballroom to Tampere, combining a club night, practice session, and social space for the queer community, open to everyone interested in the culture! Our goal is to offer the support and structure needed to create an active community.
