[KVÄÄR] invites you to celebrate LGBTQ+ culture and people

[KVÄÄR] is a unique and surprising series of events that invites the rainbow community and their allies to celebrate the joy and diversity of queer culture at Tavara-asema in Tampere. At the core of the events are besides queer-themes community, safety, memorable experiences and topical content. [KVÄÄR] events are open to all friends of rainbow culture.
The next event will be held on Friday January 16, 2026!
The first [KVÄÄR] of 2026 kicks off with an incredible [KVÄÄR] karaoke, where you can shine in the spotlight while performing your go-to karaoke anthem. Once the stage has been warmed up, the Mansedrag Collective arrives to electrify the audience!
The Mansedrag Collective is made up of drag artists from Tampere, whose aim is to make drag art more visible in the city. The collective was born at the [KVÄÄR] event at Tavara-asema in 2024 – and now they’re returning to the scene of the crime!
During the evening, the stage will feature: Kiukkupussy, Narri Koira, Boney Ämmä, Friday Mayhem, Gee Gee Van De Slay, Ellu Jallu Koskenkorva, mustelMILLA sekä Valdemar Conspiracy.

✨ Do not take or share photos or videos of other attendees without their permission.
✨ The event follows safer space principles, just like all events at Tavara-asema. Any form of harassment or discrimination is not tolerated. Boney Ämmä, also known from House of Auer, is Finland`s most famous drag queen (source missing). Boney Ämmä has confused and delighted audiences from Tartto to Oulu with performances inspired by Sibelius, Sex and the City, and statistical probabilities, among other things.
